B.R. Cohn Raspberry Champagne Vinegar 200 ml

B.R. Cohn's Raspberry Champagne Vinegar is made with high-quality sparkling wine. The sparkling wine is aged in oak barrels using the 500-year old traditional Orleans method, and then it is blended with 100% natural raspberry juice selected for its sweetness. The result is a wonderful balance of fresh berries and the crisp flavor of champagne.

Acidity: 6.5% (65 grain)

• Sprinkle this gourmet vinegar over melon, fresh berries, or freshly steamed vegetables • Enjoy as a marinade for poultry, pork, or salmon • Combine with a California extra virgin olive oil to make an outstanding dipping oil or vinaigrette • Enhances the flavor of asparagus, artichokes and avocados • Add a dash to club soda and ice for a refreshing spritzer; garnish with fresh raspberries
